Each thoughtfully designed floor plan, with studios, one-, two-, or three-bedroom options reflects a fresh, modern, aesthetic combined with innovative design to use less energy, water, and natural resources; create less waste; is smartly located with as few mobility hurdles and environmental impacts as possible resulting in more thoughtful and healthier homes for our residents. With a variety of outfitted study spaces and communal living rooms, the student experience strikes a balance between the evolution of campus life while prioritizing sustainble materials, energy-efficient appliances, plenty of natural light, and intentional spaces throughout.
